Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your personal data from FWDDEPLOY products (including Emerald Dental OS) at any time. This page explains how.
If you are a business customer (e.g. a dental clinic)
- Email contact@fwddeploy.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address registered to your account, or
- Disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account from within the app (Settings → WhatsApp → Disconnect) and request account closure.
Upon a verified request we will delete:
- Your account and billing profile,
- All patient contacts, appointment records, and message history stored for your clinic,
- Your message templates,
- All WhatsApp Business Account access tokens and identifiers we hold for you.
If you are a patient of a clinic that uses our products
Your clinic controls your data in our systems. Please contact your clinic directly and ask them to remove your records; we will fulfil the clinic's deletion instruction. You may also email contact@fwddeploy.co and we will coordinate with the clinic on your behalf.
If you connected via Facebook / Meta login
If you used a Meta login or embedded signup flow to connect to our platform and want the associated data removed, email contact@fwddeploy.co with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the phone number or WhatsApp Business Account involved.
Timeline and confirmation
- We acknowledge deletion requests within 72 hours.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification.
- We send you written confirmation once deletion is complete.
- Limited records may be retained where required by law (for example, invoices for tax purposes); these are kept only as long as legally necessary.
