This Privacy Policy describes how FWDDEPLOY ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our website (fwddeploy.co) and our software products, including Emerald Dental OS, a practice-management platform for dental clinics.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
From website visitors
- Contact details you choose to send us (such as your name and email address when you write to us).
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.
From our business customers (e.g. dental clinics)
- Account information: clinic name, contact person, email address, phone number, and billing details.
- WhatsApp Business Account information: when a clinic connects its WhatsApp Business Account to our platform through Meta's embedded signup, we receive identifiers and access tokens needed to send and receive messages on the clinic's behalf.
Processed on behalf of our customers
- Patient contact information (name, phone number) and appointment details that a clinic stores in Emerald Dental OS.
- The content and metadata of WhatsApp messages sent and received between the clinic and its patients through our platform.
For this data, the clinic is the data controller and FWDDEPLOY acts as a service provider (data processor). We process it only to provide the service to the clinic.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and support our products and services.
- To deliver messages (such as appointment reminders) that our customers schedule or send through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
- To bill our customers and communicate about their account.
- To secure our systems and prevent abuse.
- To comply with applicable law.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use patient data for advertising or marketing.
4. WhatsApp and Meta
Our products integrate with the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. When messages are sent or received through WhatsApp, message data is also processed by Meta in accordance with Meta's own terms and privacy policies. We access WhatsApp Business Accounts only with the account holder's authorization, granted through Meta's embedded signup flow, and only to provide messaging and template-management features on their behalf.
5. Data sharing
We share personal information only with:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — to deliver WhatsApp messages.
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, and email providers) that process data under contract for us.
- Authorities — where required by applicable law.
6. Data retention
We retain customer account data for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards as required for legal and accounting purposes. Message and patient data processed on behalf of a clinic is retained while the clinic uses the service and is deleted upon the clinic's request or account termination. 7. Security
We protect data using industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and credential isolation. WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted in transit between WhatsApp and its users in accordance with WhatsApp's protocols.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Patients of a clinic should direct requests to their clinic, which controls their data; we will assist the clinic in fulfilling such requests. 9. Children
Our website and products are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children except as appointment records controlled by a clinic (for example, a parent booking for a child).
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at fwddeploy.co/privacy-policy, with the date of the last revision shown at the top.
